This workshop is designed to explore the chatter of that inner voice in our head. The majority of what we say to ourselves is often very negative.
We catastrophise, label, judge, compare, compete, ruminate and exaggerate constantly. This constant rumination whether we are aware of it or not is exhausting, and drains a lot of our energy.
By using drama, costume and play we can learn to understand the different types of thoughts we have, notice when those negative ones crop up and learn how to transform them.
